The Coffeyville Library has partnered with K-State Extension for a series of nutrition and cooking classes. This is free to the public and will have great ideas for tasty, healthy, and low-cost meals.

To register for these events, contact the Wildcat Extension Office in Independence by calling 620-331-2690 or email Heather Umlauf at heatheru@ksu.edu.

Each year the family awards a $1,000 scholarship to an area student(s). Recipients of the scholarship must be in a medical field of study who are also from the 4-state area. The scholarship was established through the CRMC Foundation by the family of Jerry and Norma Best, in memory of their father and in honor of their mother.

How do you order Mums?

Thursday, September 12th - 8am-8pm
Friday, September 13th- 8am-8pm
Saturday, September 14th- 8am-10am

A variety of colors of mums will be available on a first come first serve basis on the days listed above for the mums. Cash or Check only. If you write a check it needs to be written out to CRMC Foundation. Please stop by and support the Best Medical Scholarship Fundraiser!
